CANCELLATIONS: Ticket holders may receive a full refund (minus a $55 processing fee) up until one week before the event (August 31, 2019).  No refunds will be issued after August 31, 2019. Books purchased with registration can be delivered by mail or courier for attendees who pre-purchased add-ons but were not able to attend the event.

TRANSFERS:  Tickets are non-transferable.  Original tickets can be cancelled, and a new registrant may fill out a new form with payment.
